Now you are a certified diver and maybe you been that for some time.

You certainly have some areas that interest you more than others, but have you ever taken the time to expand your knowledge and experience in those areas by doing one or more specialty courses?

UNDER WATER NAVIGATION

MINIMUM AGE: 10 YEARS

ENTRY LEVEL: (JUNIOR) OPEN WATER DIVER CERT.

DAYS: 2

Dives: 3

During this specialty course you will learn how to navigate under water by using a compass, and you will learn how to estimate distances.

In this way you will be able to find your way under water safely.

If you are not doing guided dives, it is important to able to navigate, otherwise you might find yourself in a totally different than you expected and you might have a very long walk back,
or even worse - SOMEBODY HAS "MOVED" THE BOAT!!!

Deep Diver

MINIMUM AGE: 15 YEARS

ENTRY LEVEL: ADVENTURE DIVER CERT.

DAYS: 2

Dives: 4

During this specialty course you will learn how to dive to 40 meters which is the max. limit as a recreational diver.

You will experience how the pressure affects you by doing a practical exercise first on the surface then later at depth. Besides that you will learn how to deal with the different aspects of deep diving.

This course is normally done together with the WRECH specialty. This is an ideal combination because most wrecks lies in deeper water. May by even deeper than the 40 meters, but now you are looking at a TECH COURSE if you want to be able to reach those wrecks.

Nitrox Course

MINIMUM AGE: 15 YEARS

ENTRY LEVEL: OPEN WATER DIVER CERT.

DAYS: 2

Dives: 2

During this specialty course you will learn how to dive with a higher percentage of oxygen. You will learn about the advantages and the hazards by doing this kind of diving.

The two major advantage are longer dive time depending of the depth and well-being physically

This is a very nice specialty to have as a recreational diver, furthermore it is also an entry level course to the TECH COURSES

Night

MINIMUM AGE: 12 YEARS

ENTRY LEVEL: (JUNIOR) OPEN WATER DIVER CERT.

Dives: 2

During this specialty course you will learn how to dive at night with torches.

You will learn different procedures that will make night diving safe for both you and you "Buddy".

Night diving is a very special form for diving. The marine life have a total change of character at night. You will experience adventures you have never had before, and the dive will be over far too soon.

Under Water Photographer

MINIMUM AGE: 10 YEARS

ENTRY LEVEL: (JUNIOR) OPEN WATER DIVER CERT.

DAYS: 2

Dives: 1

During this specialty course you will learn how to dive and take pictures at the same time. You will also be taught how to compose under water pictures, and what settings you should be using for particular compositions.

You will be taught both theoretically and practically where to place yourself in the water to get the optimal "shot"

How many times have you come back from a dive, told family or/and friends about this amazing fish you saw and received answers like: "Good story, mate", "Isn't everything 25% bigger under water?" and similar?
Now this has changed - You just show them the picture!!!

Multi Level

MINIMUM AGE: 12 YEARS

ENTRY LEVEL: (JUNIOR) OPEN WATER DIVER CERT.

DAYS: 1

During this specialty course you will learn how to expand you bottom time by making a more accurate dive plan compared with the dive planning you learned during the Open Water Course

When you make a dive, you normally start at the deepest point and from here you after some time ascent to a higher level and spend some time here. Then you again ascent a higher level and so forth. These levels can be calculated into your dive plan.

When you plan your multi level dive you will be surprised how much more bottom time you can get compared with the Open Water table.

Peak Performance Buoyancy

MINIMUM AGE: 1 YEARS

ENTRY LEVEL: (JUNIOR) OPEN WATER DIVER CERT.

DAYS: 1

Dives: 2

During this specialty course you will learn how to control your buoyancy during your dive.

You will get the knowledge about really to fine tune your buoyancy, the rest is only training.

This specialty is a must if you want to make some very good under water pictures, and besides that - isn't it relaxing to able to stay at the depth you decide?

wreck diver

MINIMUM AGE: 12 YEARS

ENTRY LEVEL: (JUNIOR) ADVANCED OPEN WATER DIVER CERT.

DAYS: 2

During this specialty course you will be taught how to explore wrecks in a safe way. Wrecks - A doorway into the past -

This is one of the more important specialties. Because you are diving into a place where the overhang prevent you form going directly to the surface, you need to learn some special techniques when you penetrate a wreck. You do everything in stages. First you learn how to find potential dangerous areas and how to find a safe place to start your penetration from. At the end of this specialty you will have learned how to explore the inside of a wreck and get back up to the surface in safe way.
